The ASPIN Help Desk exists to provide a human element to its White
and Yellow Pages services by assisting in a full range of services to its
networking community through its NIC's across Arizona. Those services
include:
- Information Desk
- Answers questions posed through email and the telephone.
- Training and Outreach Services
- The NIC staff provides information on the Internet to the Arizona community through training
classes and conferences as well as providing demonstration seminars.
- Coordination Services
- The NIC staff coordinates with the appropiate groups to
foster regional cooperation as well as helping to provide information on
connectivity service.
